Jon has been running Kelsus for the past 10 years always staying on top of an ever-changing software landscape; always striving to build teams that create top notch software that people actually use. Before Kelsus, Jon held multiple positions from dev to management to sales within software companies with the express purpose of learning the entire business first-hand so that he could one day run a high performing software company. That company is Kelsus.
VP of Technology
Entrepreneur, technologist and startup junkie. When not designing distributed systems or deploying code to the cloud, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and endlessly throwing a tennis ball to his black Labrador, Gus.
Raul is an amazing cross functional developer, a goto AWS/devops expert, and a product manager for Kelsus’s client KBS while also still finding time to raise his young family and be a leader in Buenos Aires’s thriving underground board game community.
The team’s heart and soul. A world traveler with a good word for everyone he meets. Not to mention if there is such a thing as a 10x developer, well Fede might be the genuine article.
Earns the right to complain about the Argentine national team by playing soccer twice a week in the local league. Instills fear in under-performing Postgresql databases.
Project Manager and QA Lead
Roshan has a background in Environmental Engineering and as an Engineer loves figuring out how things work and how they can be improved.
Facundo is a family man with a side of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He’s also a lovable goof that the entire team looks after, but that doesn’t stop him from leading the charge when a project requires a new technology.
Rodrigo Bechara Stacul
Plays soccer with Jony and plays padel with Federico. Rodrigo, like many of his fellow compatriots lives to watch and discuss Soccer. Dependable organizer of aasados. Loves to be with his son.
Student of theater and culture. Living room guitar player and Boca Juniors fan. Nahuel tends to work on multiple projects at once because he’s always game to learn something new.
Juan Martin Contreras
Lucky to be a mobile developer professionally because he would be doing it anyway. Juan Martin can be in front on a computer all day just coding or watching video tutorials. Recently, he discovered a love for game development.
Affectionately known as “el chino” around the office. Jose says “I think that software must be something enjoyable. UX is about small details.”
Currently living in Bariloche, Argentina. Loves spending time in nature, hiking and kayaking during summer, eating chocolates and drawing during winter.
Working together with Mica in Bariloche, loves photography and plays badminton to stay sane and have fun. Also likes to discover new natural locations and capture them with her camera.
Emanuel is an Android developer and one of the growing number of Kelsus soccer (ahem football) players.
Victor has been a mobile developer since the beginning, and yes does both Android and iOS native development. He’s also a geek to the core: anime > dc tv shows > marvel movies. Linguaphile learning Japanese.
Probably the fastest player on the pitch, and his speed on the pitch seems to also translate to speed behind the IDE. Marcos is also a certified AWS Solutions Architect (Associate Level).
Like many on the team, Fernando has his systems engineering degree. In terms of effort it’s somewhere in between what we have in the US as masters degrees and PhDs, but it’s more engineering focused and less academic than either. He also plays padel (what is padel?) regularly with Fede and Rodrigo.
We call him Jero which starts with an ‘h’ sound and rhymes with ‘narrow’. But it is also reminiscent of ‘hero’. While here at Kelsus we’re not in the business of software heroics — we much prefer sustainable and predictable projects than heroic efforts — Jero can’t help but be a hero of Android and iOS development.
